Hurricane: Prestazioni, Qualità e Design
Dall’esperienza Paoli e dalle ricerche ingegneristiche più all’avanguardia del settore nasce il nuovo avvitatore Hurricane.
La collaborazione con tecnici specializzati e con i migliori racing team ha reso possibile lo sviluppo di un prodotto innovativo, altamente performante e tecnologicamente avanzato.
L’ottimizzazione della fluidodinamica dell’aria in pressione, elaborata grazie ad uno studio al CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), ha permesso non solo di perfezionare il rendimento del motore ma anche di ideare un design unico, innovativo e curato nei dettagli.
L’attenzione per i particolari si manifesta anche nell’utilizzo di nuove tecnologie produttive, come la fusione a cera persa, volte ad assicurare la ripetibilità delle dimensioni dei condotti interni ed a garantire l’uniformità delle prestazioni.
Le performance della nuova Hurricane prevedono un aumento del 10% dal lato svitamento mentre in avvitamento restano volutamente invariate rispetto ai modelli precedenti in modo da evitare il problema del sovraserraggio.
L’aumentato gap tra avvitamento e svitamento può essere inoltre ulteriormente maggiorato grazie all’inserimento di un clutch device opzionale in grado di agire come limitatore della coppia di serraggio in avvitamento.
La nuova Hurricane è infine predisposta per il nuovo fast shift: un sistema a leva che consente di rendere immediata l’inversione e di ottenere un notevole risparmio di tempo tra lo smontaggio del vecchio pneumatico ed il montaggio del nuovo.
Infine la scelta di materiali quali carbonio, alluminio e acciaio aeronautico rende l’Hurricane un avvitatore veloce ed estremamente affidabile.

Three different materials: titanium, special steel and aeronautical aluminium.
